Currently I provide feedback in writing on student papers and orally when working with individuals.

I currently provide verbal feedback, rubrics, and hallway displays. I would like to try placing student images into an online gallery and make it available to parents.

I use verbal and visual immediate feedback. I haven't used technology for feedback but using the inserting comments will be an easy way for me to start

I have a group of programs set up that are network and provide students with immediate feedback. I also individaul sessions after I get students started on an activity and do individual, personal feedback for each student on how they are doing. I use certificates as well when students reach a certain point in classroom criteria that are displayed in my classroom.

The feedback in my classroom is by pen and paper or personally speaking with the students. It would be great to have the students check a blog and send comments back and forth.

My feedback has been predominately verbal. I have also found that students like to see themselves in photos and have used that as recognition. Middle schoolers also seem to like food as recognition. I can see the blogs as being a good way to give feedback. The clickers were awesome. I am anxious to learn more about the podcasting.

Beyond usual grades, technology can provide a unique vehicle for feedback and recognition, such as downloading certificates to acknowledge student achievement as well as posting student work on a gallery.

Feedback and recognition are key to a positive classroom environment. I am a firm believer in verbal recognition; accentuating the positive then brings forth positive behavior and performances. I also try and provide written feedback and recognition. I like the idea of providing feedback through email as well as blogs.
